Finding our mountain retreat is easy when you follow these specific navigation tips. While the official address is 129 Terrace Private Drive, Butler, TN 37640, some older GPS devices may require a workaround.
🧭 Navigation & GPS Tips
To ensure you arrive directly at Tre L without a detour, please follow these instructions:
- Primary Address: Input 129 Terrace Private Drive, Butler, TN.
- GPS Backup: If your device doesn’t recognize the primary address, use 1024 Lakeview Drive.
- Important: This backup address is for a residence at the bottom of our hill. Do not pull into the driveway at 1024 Lakeview Drive (monitored by security).
- Warning: Do not navigate to "Lakeview Terrace Drive"—this is a different location miles away.
🚗 Turn-by-Turn Arrival
- Look for the Landmark: If you are not arriving via Hwy 321 from Boone, look for the Lake Breeze Campground sign on your right.
- The Turn: Immediately after the campground sign, you will see a sign for "Terrace Private Drive." 3. The Climb: Turn here and head UP the driveway (up the hill).
- Find Unit #129: Tre L is located in the middle of the townhouse complex.

- Dedicated Spots: You have 2 reserved parking spaces directly in front of the entry door for Unit #129.
- Overflow Parking: For additional vehicles or guests, please use the ample parking area located at the end of the building as you first enter the complex.
